Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God Who deliver the world from sin. John the Baptist insisted “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world” (John 1:29)! Jesus Christ is a good Shepherd. He takes good care of the flock. He is fully God and fully Man. He was not born of blood, or of flesh, but of the Spirit because of that He was sinless. The Bible emphasized, “Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God”( John 1:13). Jesus Christ is an excellent Shepherd, and He is really cares for the sheep. He explains what will happen to the flock at the end, so read this carefully and take note of it. He knows what our future going to be like. Jesus emphasized, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but  climbs up some other way, the same  is a thief and  a robber” (John 10:1). Based on my understanding of this passage, individual may be able to break through by using other way. However, the result could be painful. The Scriptures say, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it” (Matt. 7:13). Individuals would probably ask a question like this: What do I need to do to escape destruction? 

       Firstly, individuals need to accept Jesus Christ in their lives, and repent of their sins. Secondly, people ought  to find a good Bible church who believe in Jesus Christ. Thirdly, individuals must read their Bible every day, and attend regular Bible study. The Holy Spirit will come in live in you. He is God, and He has power to lead you to the right direction. Jesus said, “But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep, hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out” (John 10:2-3). The flock must be able to recognize the doorkeeper voice, because doorkeeper will call them by their name. If the flock are stranger, neither one is going to know each other. The Scriptures say, “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matt.7:14). Would you like to be one of the few who find this gate?  Invite Jesus into your life, and finds a great Bible believing church to attend and your life will never be the same.

     Some people say we have wanted to go to church, but it is confusing which one to choose. Let me explain something to you. The word Church refers to the Body of Christ Jesus. Followers should go to a church where the church believes Jesus Christ is the Son of Living God. Jesus said to the disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God.” Jesus answered  and said to him,” Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it”(Matt.16: 13-17). When you say the word Church, it is the same as you say the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ died for us, and He is the Church Himself. Each individual represent a church in Christ Jesus, now the question is what kind of church are you in Jesus?

     It is significantly important to learn how the church was founded, and why people have to be in the church today. The church give people identity in Jesus when it practices agape loves. Because God loves the world, He gave His only Son to die on the cross for our sin John 3:16. Jesus emphasized, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His Life for the sheep” ( John 10: 11). Do not strive to be saved on your own because nobody can save him or herself. Jesus said, “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture” (John 10:9). We must rely on Jesus as our Savior for we cannot save ourselves. The Scriptures say, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” ( John 10:10). Do not confirmed to this world, but be transformed by renew your mind. When destruction comes, you will be able to stand.

     Jesus is our identity because He loves us without condition. He chooses to walk on our side and fight for us against the one who wants to destroy us. Jesus is also the Light of the World, and He asked questions like this to make people think about their own lives. ” Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of the world. But if one walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him” (John 11: 9-10). What I want you to see is that people who receive Jesus have His Light in them, but those who do not receive Him are walking in darkness. Nevertheless, it better to have the light in you than to have the darkness. When individuals have the light in them, they will not fall when destruction comes. However, to live without the Light of Jesus is living in darkness. I encourage anyone who reads this message to come to Christ because He is the Light of the world. When individuals accept Him in their lives, the light of the world is in them, which is Jesus Christ.

    Christ Jesus was doing powerful works on earth no other man was able to do. The Pharisees did not believe Jesus was the Son of God, but they believed in the Law of Moses. There was a Pharisee by the name of Nicodemus who came to Jesus at night. He told Jesus, “We know that You are a teacher from God, for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Nicodemus realizes the only One who can give a person true identity is Jesus Christ. Jesus answered, and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John3:1-3). Jesus has to explain many things to this man because he has no clue how can someone born again. Nicodemus emphasized, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Nicodemus asked two simple questions, so now carefully scrutiny how Jesus answered those questions. Jesus answered,  “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God” (John 3:5). Baptism means buried and resurrected with Jesus Christ new birth in Christ Jesus. Everyone who freely comes to Jesus and receives Him has everlasting life. Nicodemus came to Christ because he knew without Him in this world, life is painful. What are you going to do to escape the wrath of God? God is not only the God of Grace, but He is also the God of Justice. In short, I encourage people who read this lesson to put it in his or her own perspective. If you already have Jesus in your life, you are in the best place. If not, call someone to pray with you. Then go to a great Bible teaching church near you. You will experience the love and peace of Jesus into your life.

     This parable that Jesus gives can be applied to your own life. Jesus emphasized, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain” (John12:24). When anyone plants a seed under the ground that seed dies, it will grow and produce wheat. However, if you do not do anything with that seed it cannot produce anything. Jesus said, “He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it  for eternal life” “If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor” (John 12:25-26). Anyone can easily reads the Word of God, and apply it to his or her life. Jesus emphasized, “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you” (John 14:2). Since you have read these things, now you know the truth; however,  to become a follower of Christ Jesus is your decision.
